- Scans emails.
- Blocks phishing scams.
- Checks email links for vulnerabilities.
- Keeps track of all traffic and data whether personal or business.
- Affects email templates when testing.
- Obscures true links in emails with redirects.
- Breeds mistrust in the workplace.
- Many commonplace emails are quarantined for review.
- Whitelisting websites needs to be done to core website URLs as well as extended URLs (adobe.com vs help.adobe.com).
