Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

I work with a mixture of clients from SOHO, Business, and Multimedia and use Splashtop Enterprise to support all my clients' needs, from basic software installs to complex remote troubleshooting. Since I'm able to run Splashtop Enterprise on IOS devices as well, it gives me remote support no matter where I'm at a given point.
  • Stable and fast (Remote connection)
  • (File transfer) between computers, easy and fast
  • (White Board) feature is great for getting your point across to support clients
  • Making a quality product without over charging like its competitors
  • Great customer support
  • More support for Mac based OSX
  • Better Mouse and Track Pad improvement for mobile device ease of use
  • Helped improve my client support and reduce downtime, even in these times of Covid-19
  • Help keep costs down, by offering a quality product at a fair price
Very easy for the most part, even with all the new security settings being implemented by OS manufacturers all the time.
Splashtop Enterprise security protocols meet and exceed my expectations. Whether I'm logging into an individual client on a private LAN or enterprise-level remote access to a VIP client, I'm assured of a secure connection. With the two-factor verification that adds a double layer of security, all this not only gives me peace of mind but, more importantly, puts all my clients at ease when it comes to network security.
When it comes to setting up and adding a client's computer to Splashtop Enterprise, the experience is an easy one. Since I work with both Windows and Mac OS platform clients, the Splashtop Enterprise login portal couldn't be easier to use and manage. From either adding a computer on a current or new deployment to sending out Splashtop Enterprise email links for the client to remotely download and install by themselves couldn't be easier.
Yes - I purchased Splashtop Enterprise software to replace both: LogMeIn and TeamViewer. The reason for both replacements was based on the fact that both previous remote software were way overpriced, had poor customer support, and had very buggy software.

Do you think Splashtop delivers good value for the price?

Works very well at any given point where remote support is needed Not well suited for IOS device management due to Apple security protocols
