Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
We use it for remote customers and international customers! It is [a] cheap solution to remotely help our many different platforms from one desktop client. It is very easy for us to send [the] Splashtop [SOS] download link and then get customers to start connection securely. Time used to get up and running a session is very little and fast. The inbuilt tools and the way it works is very intuitive so not much training is required.

- Being able to send a code with download link would be good !
