Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)
After a previous SMMS and some time spent in an accurate search, the marketing department of the company I work for (as Social Media Coordinator) chose Khoros. The company was looking for an advanced tool to share among customer service and social media marketing departments.
- High level of innovation and customization
- Good if you need to triage
- Advanced tool for web analytics
- Canned answers. The way you manage and make available canned answers is time costing.
- I dunno if it's a problem of Khoros or of Facebook, but it happens that while you are performing actions via Khoros there are delays or technical issues in having them done.

- Not high learning curve
