Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

I used Sprout to manage all of our agencies social media clients.
  • Dashboard.
  • Support team.
  • Ignored after the contract ended, debited account with fees even after cancellation.
  • Post failed regularly and lost client satisfaction.
  • Staff had to post manually on their days off.
  • Report data not accurate.
Cheaper and does the same thing.

It's fine to use but the reliability is not there, more focused on scaling and keeping public shareholders happy with ROI.
They haven't replied post contract cancellation.
I have been with Sprout for 5 years and have recently decided to cancel due to their poor service, posts failing and high prices. After contract cancellation they continued to debit my account and are now ignoring my emails for a refund. Had to go to my card supplier to dispute the charge.
