Overall Satisfaction with Streak

Streak is used for both our Sales and Partnership teams as well as for punctual communication by our Support team. Sales and Partnerships use it as a database to register different partnership opportunities. Support uses it mainly when we need to communicate to multiple customers with the same message (Mail Merge feature).

In terms of sending communication to multiple recipients, Streak has proven to be a valuable asset giving us flexibility where needed. We have had less luck when it comes to sorting, sharing, storing, and organizing the information that is registered by our teams within Streak. In my experience, giving access is not simple, activating sharing settings is not consistent, and once linked to a specific Gmail user the information generated by that user is lost if the user is no longer part of the organization.
