Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Talkdesk is used in our call center. It is used on a daily basis and allows our members to take/make calls to our customers. It connects our customers to an actual person that can answer questions and provide the services they need.

  • More customization; integration with text expander.
  • Talkdesk allows us to provide the best service to our customers.
Talkdesk is extremely simple and easy to use. We rarely have issues with the service; it is extremely reliable.

We had end-users reporting issues with logging into Talkdesk. As admins, it was easy for us to check the status and see that the issue was system-wide. Downtime duration was short and we were up and running in no time.
