Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub

We use the customer data hub (mainly Tealium IQ and Tealium event stream) to colelct data about the users behavior on the main webpages and apps. Since mora that 5 years ago, the company selected Tealium and it was a great decision. We use IQ to collect data as usual, and event stream to get info in real time about the users interactions. In addition, event stream could be a great tool to validate implementations.

I have commented earlier that the support team are great. We use to write them and open tickets and the answers should be in the same day. We have had meetings with the team, and sometimes even in our own language (Spanish). Every time we use the support channel, the result has been solve the problem.
We use Tealium Iq and event stream to implement paid media pixels to manage our campaigns and to know if they are performance well. Tealium has a marketplace of tags that helps a lot to implement these pixels. In addition, we get some data through these marketplace tags that are optimized and updated.

The Tealium IQ interface is not the easiest to use at the beginning. But when you use it for a while, you can be a data collection master. In addition, I would like to give a lot of importance to the support channel. If you have some doubts, the team always help to solve problems.
