Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub

Tealium Customer Data Hub has been useful for assisting a shift to server-side tagging within the organization and having a central place to coordinate customer data between various platforms. Additionally, having privacy features in tune with the needs of an organization in a highly regulated industry is a crucial portion of our integration.

Helpful in a scenario where users want to be able to sync large scale volumes of customer data, particularly in enterprise organizations. There is more of a learning curve to use it, so having team members with time and capacity to specifically support Tealium is helpful. The platform would be less useful for smaller organizations and also not cost effective there.
