Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
Text-Em-All is a very user-friendly communication service that has a low cost. The Lakeland Disposal & Recycling businesses primarily uses the service to send automated voice calls & voice mails to customers who have landlines, which is a large portion of the business' customer base. Since starting to use the services 2 years ago, I have witnessed Text-Em-Alls continuous improvement. In today's world, I highly recommend Text-Em-All, which can be used in conjunction with other tools or be used with other communication tools. It is very flexible.
- Load names and phone numbers from an outside file
- Create voice messages by coping and pasting a text.
- Easy visibility to the number of customers that received the message
- Easily purchase more credits when needed
- More automated integration with our systems
- Less steps to fill out when creating the message
- Lower credit costs for more volume
- Translate Text messages to voice message.
- Easily upload excel or CSV files of name and phone numbers
- Menu driven steps to set up and execute
- Visibility to the number of calls received
- More costly for high volume calls. Credit costs start to add up more than costs for texting with other services
- Does not integrate with other systems - requires a separate steps
- Seems as though more attempts of delivering calls could be made - especially for customers who do not have VM and have a busy signal.
Text-Em-All always delivered the messages we needed in the time frame we selected. It was 100% reliable. This helped our business provide timely updates to customers on things such as delay's in service, changes in service days due to weather or other related issues, as well as reminding customers who owed $ that their account was past due.
