We use Text-em-all to communicate with our potential candidates, current employees, etc. We use the service to make announcements to employees, to make offers, and confirm start dates and/or interviews.

It has been greatly impactful. Especially, for our northeast locations. If there is inclement weather and work is cancelled, Text-em-all makes it really easy to notify everyone as quickly as possible of any schedule changes or cancellations.
Text-em-all was more cost efficient and allowed us to text a higher volume than their competitors.
