Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
The water department issues notices of shut offs and water leaks that may interrupt service in customer areas. We also notify customers of food give away when the police department has received donations from local churches.

We reach out to water customers regarding water leaks to inform them of a disruption of service. It is appreciated by the customers so they may plan for it ahead of time.
It's been a few years since we last used the service so I cannot remember the name of the company but it was free and it was lacking.
