Overall Satisfaction with TOPdesk

I’m using TOPDesk as an operator for user issues, incidents and changes related to campus real estate for TU Delft
User/customer management, IT management, Facility management etc.
  • Layout is very well
  • Much of information if you are stuck
  • User friendly
  • Simplify the reporting tool
  • Reduced time with incidents and escalations
  • Increased overall process on incident management
  • Less of frustration from the business
I have never contacted the support desk
It works already fine with me.

Pros:
It is very user friendly, not difficult to use.
You have all ITIL modules in it to use.

Cons:
Reporting tool is not very user friendly
