Overall Satisfaction with Totango
Totango is used almost exclusively by Customer Success, with some involvement from Sales.
- User engagement info
- Segments
- Task management
- Customer health
- Platform speed
- Being able to see a history on an account is helpful, but, in my opinion, done better by others.
- Salesforce CPQ (formerly SteelBrick)
Much more robust and speedy.
