Overall Satisfaction with Trello
We use it to keep marketing and art content organized, as well as for easy access to files specific to certain sprints. It is easy to communicate with team members and keep track of updates with those who are not always in office. Overall it serves as an organization and sprint management tool.
- It is great for visual people
- Team collaboration
- Project management/organization
- Tracking individual members progress/participation
- If there are a lot of cards, it can get a little messy -- maybe add a tab for all attached files
- Maybe some analytical features would be useful
- It has helped our marketing team
- (not sure about ROI, as I was an intern)
- Asana, JIRA Software, HubSpot, Atlassian Confluence, Slack, VersionOne and BetterWorks Enterprise Goals Platform
We selected Trello because it suited the project and work we were doing and our team was fairly small. It is a great tool overall, and probably has more ways of being used than how it was used with our marketing team. It definitely stacks up well with the competitors in terms of features, and I think its fun design makes it unique and interesting to look at (and use).
