Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud
We use Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* across our PR teams to monitor and report on clients' news coverage. We also find it a valuable resource for industry research and business development, to see what's being written about which companies and competitors, and where.

Pros
- Powerful customisable searching with fast results (we've used other media platforms in the past that are still painfully slow to use).
- Easily customised dashboards to get the analytics you want.
- Stylish online reports you can customise and share with clients.
- Easy to add missing articles and niche magazines to the database by simply providing the link.
- Responsive customer support and account managers.
Cons
- Many niche industry magazines aren't in the database so we had to get them added (though it was easy to do).
- Only picks up online content, doesn't report on print publications and some e-book digital magazines (ie content not searchable by Google).
- Don't trust the Advertising Equivalence $ reports and much of the reporting is US-focused.
Cision (TrendKite) is faster from start to finish (from log in through searching to creating reports). Dynamic, more up to date. Better support. Significantly cheaper.
