Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

I have always gotten quick responses for my reps. My problems are usually resolved within days to my satisfaction.
We use Trinet to manage payroll, benefits, and HR for all employees in the company.
  • User friendly interface
  • Many benefit choices
  • Customer service is responsive and knowledgable
  • Prices are high
  • Many payroll functions are initially hard to figure out
  • Benefit election process is confusing
  • Able to compete with larger companies on benefits for new hires and retention purposes
  • Manage HR compliance so I don't have to
  • Reduce time spent on payroll admin and benefit management
  • PayServ
Trinet is an all-in-one service, while I had to go to separate sites for payroll entry, FSA, commuter benefit, benefit election, unemployment taxes, etc.
Trinet is well-suited for processing new hires according to government regulations, managing payrolls, and offers competitive benefits as bigger companies. It is just expensive.
