Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We have never had an issue with getting prompt assistance.
They have always been there and able and willing to assist and give advice.
Trinet is being use though out our organization for medical benefits and payroll.
  • They manage payroll well.
  • They keep on top of regulatory issues that could affect your business.
  • They offer benefits at a fair cost with out significant increases.
  • They are always available to assist with any issues our agency may have related to employees.
  • They need to look at their rate scale and how they increase their rates annually.
  • Employees are happy to receive the medical benefits available through TriNet.
  • They send accumulate to employees of things they need to know.
ADP, and two PPO's.
Very well suited for agencies wanting to provide good medical benefits to their employees.
They flexibility for providing workers comp. needs to be expanded.
