Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Already detailed specifics in previous field regarding decline in customer service over this past year, as my TriNet representative changed from one individual to another.
Entering new hires, printing payroll reports, etc .is usually an easy process. For the first year that I worked with TriNet, I found it very frustrating that it was not compatible with the Google Chrome browser, and I did not appreciate having to enter through the internet explorer app instead. I believe this has now been resolved, but continue to enter through internet explorer.
TriNet is only used for our US entity, even though we are a global organization with offices in Europe and China. TriNet is used for payroll, employee benefits, workers compensation, etc. I am the authorized account user who also enters new hires into the system, I9 forms, etc.
  • Ease of Payroll reporting, deadlines, invoice notifications, etc.
  • Appreciate the advance notice of holiday closings, reporting date changes, etc.
  • The previous TriNet representative for my company provided outstanding customer service, and responded promptly to my requests for assistance, especially when I first began working for my company and TriNet was completely unfamiliar to me. After she accepted a promotion within Trinet, I must admit that the response time from my new representative has decreased dramatically, and I find myself very frustrated by that. She is always very polite, professional and apologetic, but it does not resolve the fact that a recent email inquiry went unanswered for over 10 days, even after I sent a second email, inquiring about the delay. Unacceptable in my opinion. I tried to access the information I needed from the website, (TriNet passport) but was unsuccessful, and thus, was forced to wait for her response. I understand that unexpected issues arise in the workplace, but there should be a protocol in place to continue to address client requests while TriNet works to resolve internal issues.
  • Our company does not utilize TriNet from this perspective. We mainly use it for adding or terminating employees, payroll reporting and benefits. Since we are a global company, only 6 US employees of our 55 globally, are registered through TriNet. We would not utilize TriNet for recruiting purposes, time management, etc.
N/A, I have only worked with TriNet since assuming this current position with my company.
1. Ease of access to payroll reporting, etc. and breakdown/ explanation of TriNet reports. New hire tutorial is helpful, but sometimes find other tutorials too lengthy/not as helpful.
2. I feel the website, specifically the newly launched website, is not very user friendly. It does not easily highlight where to locate specific sections, and I am frustrated by its layout.
