Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for managing payroll and benefits for our employees in North America. We also manage employee status, offer training and retirement benefits through the TriNet portal.
  • Easy to use dashboard
  • Reports
  • Dedicated customer service rep
  • More health care options
Our rep is almost always available by phone and if not, the call is transferred to a call center. When we have a difficult question our rep puts us in touch with experts in the organization to help figure out what’s needed.
Pretty easy to use once you learn it. Sometimes it’s challenging to access certain data via reports.
  • Helpful with processing new hires
  • System isn’t always as user-friendly for employees (it’s fine for admin users)
It’s great for small or remote offices. Less appropriate for large organizations that have built in HR departments
