Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

I used Adminstaff and Insperity and TriNet the last year and I find it more user-friendly than the others. We use it for our current executives and Qwil for all of our Contractors. I have an Offsite CFO in Florida and we are in California and this system has made it so easy to have that flexibility. I enjoy using the system and I haven't seen any problems. The Staff of Kimberly Horton has made all new processes so so easy. I just referred them to a division of DMS in Florida for those reasons.
  • Payroll can be done anywhere at any time. I travel a lot and processing Payroll is made easy.
  • Health benefits were easy to choose and a great selection of providers.

This is the highest part of TriNet's features. Because the system is so automated, we have a tendency to not get the "Personal" aspect, but the response times of my representatives are faster than any EPO company I have used. And I've used several.
So I process payroll, new employees, bonuses and other adjustments from my laptop ANYWHERE and my phone. Very user-friendly.

I selected TriNet because our parent company in Florida, DMS uses it for their 1000 employees and have had a great experience with them. I was going to use Insperity when we opened our small branch in California and I'm so grateful that I did not. TriNet has been so efficient.
The user-friendly system and processing of new employees are made so easy.
