Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Trinet is currently our PEO, processing our payroll under their EIN. they are taking care of our health insurance workers comp and filing our taxes.
  • They have a very friendly user website.
  • Lots of detailed reports.
  • They offer great policies.
  • They don't reply to emails as quickly as I would expect from such a company.
Its running really smoothly, they are on top of laws and seem to really have a lot of grt offers.
I think they are actually great!
  • HR compliance.
  • Great health insurance.
  • Clear reports.
Trinet is a PEO and offers way more things.
I think they are very well suited for payroll, this is what we are using them right now so I wouldn't know more.

I guess we would need to do a lot of research and choose the best option.

Change management was minimal
  • Employees didn't complete their 19 on time, creating issues when payroll needed to be processed for the first time with Trinet.
  • For some odd reason they entered the start date wrong creating major issues with paying for the right pay period.
  • Not all parts of their website when we processed payroll for the first time, therefore needed to be on a call for a long time.

I think its just perfect.
No I think they keep on upgrading it.

  • I love the reports. They are so easy to find and are so well formatted.
  • Processing payroll is a breeze.
  • Adding new employees is very clear cut
  • When adding employees it takes time until it comes up on the payroll dashboard.
  • Sometime i can have trouble opening the payroll grid.
  • you need to log in pretty often.

Relationship with TriNet

They were making us crazy. Our business is always very busy and they were putting such pressure to get us!!!
They were still making us crazy for tons of information and documents. they couldve found plenty of them themselves.
We couldnt and dint negotiate. They stood firm.
I think its up to them nothing to do with us.

Upgrading TriNet

  • Website should work a bit faster.
  • employees should come up on the payroll platform right away.
