Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use it as out Payroll, Benefit and HR provider. We also use the Perform platform and have used TriNet hire [platform] previously.
  • File all documents on our behalf
  • Consult on any HR issues
  • For me as an admin it is a great pain to have every new manager have to add me as a proxy in order for me to access their employees.
  • Custom reports are not great. Often times I need to pull some specific information and it is pretty complicated for me to figure out how to create a report I need.
I always get help when needed.
It's very user-friendly.
  • Simplified the work of HR department
  • Employees are highly satisfied with ease of use
TriNet was much more user-friendly and offered better price.
I love most things about TriNet, so really no complaints other than what I listed on a the previous question.
