Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet from hiring to someone leaving the company so, for payroll, insurance, benefits, HR support, 401k support, paying taxes in states where we have employees, and lots of smaller things, too.
- Payroll is easy
- Offers great health insurance plans and a variety to suite employee needs
- Are available to answer questions pretty quickly
- We have to micromanage to ensure that when things deviate from the usual/normal, those things get taken care of correctly.
- The front line workers tend to not be the best trained so we sometimes have to ask to speak to managers or other people to ensure that the information we receive is correct.
- TriNet is pretty siloed, so it can be hard to get information from more than one department if there is an issue that spans more than one department (401k issue that needs the 401k team and payroll team to work together as an example).
- Payroll is a breeze
- Grabbing reports is easy
- The constant issue we experience is when we have issues that deviate from the "normal"
