Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is our HR Platform. We use it with all HR functions, some hiring, performance and evaluation, and of course benefits and payroll.
  • Platform accessibility.
  • Benefit selection.
  • Payroll.
  • Performance and evaluation are good.
  • Ownership of issues - things get passed around.
  • Client reps and then no client reps and then back to client reps but they just interface opposed to solve things.
  • Mistakes on TriNet's part take a long time to be fixed. Months.
Issues are sent to the unknown and you don't hear back for days on the email. Chat is good but they, often have to send it to anther team. They had client satisfaction reps and then they didn't and now they do again. But the ones now just are liaisons not actual problem solvers.
Platform is great. However, I don't have anything to compare it to. The competitors platform might be better. This summer I am going to price out PEO's because we will definitely stay with a PEO but there might be better ones out there.
  • First PEO so it was awesome at first b/c we didn't have this stuff before.
  • We are a better organization b/c of TriNet.
  • Operations workload has decreased.
  • Need more tutorials for end users (staff) FE - performance, goal setting,
The platform updated as the laws changed and we received info and support on remote work and the Cares Act tax credits and stuff like that.
Well suited for company with low maintenance employees. Simple payroll and benefits. Basic stuff.

If your company is going through a lot of changes TriNet might not be the right PEO for you. When things work, TN is great. When things don't work they are just okay.
