Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We utilize TriNet for all of our part-time and full-time employees across the entire organization. We engage them for the majority of our human resource needs such as employee surveys, benefits management, payroll, employee handbook, manager training, employee training, COVID-19 resources, and new government labor law updates for federal and local alike.

  • Payroll interface can be a little confusing.
  • More training programs/videos on using the platform as a whole.
Every TriNet employee who helped me has been professional and direct.
The only real issue I have is with the reporting tool. It is a little confusing without someone guiding you on how to best use it.

  • Updates on labor laws have been helpful.
  • Payroll accuracy has improved.
Their COVID-19 portal has been very helpful in assisting with return to work planning.
Overall, TriNet has really made life easier for onboarding, training, and various other human resource needs. I very much appreciate the webinars on current labor laws and DE&I trainings. The only thing I wish there was more of is training videos or webinars on the platform itself, especially the reporting tool.
