Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet to manage all of our payroll, HR, and benefits functions. It helps us offer excellent benefits to employees and takes away a lot of the administrative burden of running our organization.
  • Wide range of benefit options available
  • User-friendly portal
  • Quick access to customer service
  • Sometimes there is very slow response to the Connect360 email
  • Some of the reporting features could be improved
It helps us centralize benefit offerings and ensure coverage for employees around the country. It also integrates PTO with payroll which is very helpful.
The recent improvements to the portal are excellent.
  • TriNet has taken on for us key elements of the administrative burden, freeing us up to do the work we were hired to do.
