Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
TriNet was my personal HR tool for managing my team's time, performance, pay, and benefits. It was intuitive and easy to learn. I always knew who was at work, on vacation, and on any FMLA or longer-term absences. The app is also a wonderful tool to keep connected while on vacation or away from the office on business travel.

Fortress implemented a very flexible "WFH" policy during the pandemic and TriNet was instrumental in the management of remote employees. Getting paid correctly is a big deal for all employees. TriNet helped us to keep pay issues nonexistent and that went a long way to helping our employee experience and morale.

Implementation and cost and time were both much less with TriNet. Managing Human Resources through spreadsheets and keeping policy on SharePoint is not a good use of time and resources. Always check the time and resources needed for an implementation before making a commitment to a particular product. Promises during a sales presentation are not always realistic in the world of HR management.
