Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet platform is used almost on an everyday basis by our company to submit PTO requests, expenses submission, track PTO balances, submit payroll and extract reports. The portal is very user-friendly.

  • PTO Requests via the portal
  • Expense Tool can be a little bit more user-friendly with navigation made easier
  • TriNet App can be simplified for everyone to be able to access on their phones
TriNet team has been very helpful with every issue or concern that we, as company, have faced. They tend to our needs immediately and also apologize for any delay in their responses which makes them the best team to work with. They have always been kind and understanding of our needs.
The portal is very user-friendly and everyone in the team is able to use it without any problems.

The staff at TriNet are super friendly and helpful. They help us with resolving any issues or concerns immediately. I have never had such fabulous experience with any other PEO providers I have worked with before. I highly recommend TriNet to everyone that is looking to switch their PEO provider.
