Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
I was looking into purchasing web conferencing software for my business.
- To understand my options (i.e. build my short list or long list)
- To compare products
- To confirm my decision
I reviewed customer testimonials to see what the customer experience was like for current/past customers and how the software performed.
I look for authentic reviews. One company I reviewed, I found employees reviewed the software but did not disclose that information. I also look for both good and bad reviews. Bad reviews can be very telling but I do take them at face value meaning the customer was likely upset when they wrote the review so could be more harsh and exaggerate.
[Having reviews as a resource is] Extremely important. I read reviews for nearly every product and service I purchase. Having access to real customer experiences is everything.
- It’s a reputable platform.
- The reviews provide a lot of help in making a purchase decision.
- It provides access to real customers.
- Verifying purchase would make the site more trustworthy.
- Maybe include a field for the specific product purchased.
The company website, Facebook and Google.
I trust the reviews on TrustRadius and the experience is really good.
Case studies are sometimes hard to find, and including case studies on TrustRadius would be beneficial.
