Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
For chatbots, I did consider Mobile Monkey, Landbot, and other local vendors. IBM Watson Assistant was considered as a part of our Machine Learning Chatbot project. For web analytics, Kiss metrics were in consideration. For CRM, we went to SAP CRM due to the business relationships we had with them in the past.
Recently, we bought Drift. Chatbot technology was booming, and we wanted to create a customer channel with a chatbot. As a result, we were looking for the top 3 chatbots available in the market as per our requirements. We finally opted for Drift. We were around 5 in the project. It took around three months for the research and hardly a month or so for the purchase.
- Firstly, TrustRadius has created a brand for itself when it comes to product reviews and product buying suggestions with its quality reviews.
- Review Volume: Take any software product; you can find a huge list of reviews. The reviews from a basic user to the CEO are all at the same place. That is something Amazing from TrustRadius.
- Ease of use, all information is structured.

Quality of reviews is the unique selling point of TrustRadius. I read reviews from other websites, but I do not get to see the reviews as quality as TrustRadius.
Honestly, it is a really helpful chart. The chart gives an idea about who are the market leaders/visionaries/newcomer and how they are staked in the market. I really like the chart's clean UI. No-fuss, no amazing graphics, etc. Simple and clean.
Product reviews by real users. If I get their contacts through Linkedin or any social platform, I will call them to understand how the product fits their requirements. This gives an opportunity for understanding the product features/uses, and also, we can evaluate the product against our requirements. Integrations.
