Currently, we're still in the first few months of using TrustRadius, so our marketing team is the only one involved right now. Moving forward, we have a plan to include the sales and customer success teams. Other review sites are difficult to navigate, and once you've gathered reviews, you don't have anywhere to put them. TrustQuotes Library gives us a way to utilize all the fantastic quotes and content we've gathered in reviews.
- The vendor portal is easy to set up, easy to use and easy to navigate. It's very intuitive.
- We're able to gather reviews, and then use them in our marketing efforts very easily.
- Each change to our profile goes through an internal review process, and that seems to delay the updating process a bit.
- Manage brand reputation
- Reduce or supplement reference requests
- Increase landing page conversion
- Create sales enablement content
- Improve sales efficiency
We're about 2 months in, so I don't have metrics just yet!
We have reviews posted on about 10 different review sites and we did consider a few alternatives, but TrustRadius is by far the easiest to use, and has the most to offer.
I had a lofty goal of doubling our review count and increasing our rating by the end of the quarter and I've already hit both my goals!
Our customers are phenomenal and we have great content on all our review sites. TrustRadius gives us the ability to do something with the content we've gathered. We set up custom questions, and we'll change those from time to time so we can gather information on recent initiatives and goals.

The construction tech industry is relatively new to the online review space, so we wanted a review site that had competitors and other vendors present. It was important that visitors to the Procore page be able to compare different solutions, and it ultimately gave us a way to see what other companies our prospects were interested in.
I'm not sure we would change anything!

- Tagging reviews is fairly easy, and you have the ability to edit the review tags at any time. We recently added additional product offerings and I was able to add them into our review tags and continue tagging in minutes.
- Trust quotes for web is one of the easiest products to use. You can create different widgets, edit the criteria, change the style, and get them posted on a landing or web page in less than an hour.
