Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We originally learned of TrustRadius for Vendors through their partnership with 6sense, the ABM platform we use. We had access to one of the intent data features and saw that many of our strategic accounts were using TrustRadius to conduct research, so it felt like a natural fit. We now use all of the TrustRadius intent features to build campaigns in our 6sense platform and through the Matched Audience feature on LinkedIn. It's allowed us to target and/or retarget companies looking at our category, competitors, or even our profile page. Some of our highest-performing campaigns have come from leveraging this data.
  • The breadth of the intent data--across our category, our competitors, as well as our own profile page.
  • The native integration into the ad platforms we're already using.
  • The widget makes it easy to bring our reviews into our own website.
  • There could be some additional integrations that I think would allow us to use our reviews more widely.
  • Campaigns we've launched leveraging TrustRadius intent data have outperformed our other marketing programs, including ones that are based on other intent data providers.
  • We've been able to garner a number of reviews from our customers, including some with great feedback that we've been able to pass along to our product team.
  • Also through our reviews on here, we've gotten several customers to volunteer for additional advocacy programs, which they likely would not have done otherwise.
As mentioned previously, we leverage the TrustRadius intent data through our 6sense platform. It's allowed us to build segments based on specific behavioral data, including launching specific campaigns to those companies looking at our competitor's profile pages but not our own. We recognize that companies researching review platforms such as TrustRadius are showing high intent and are often more advanced in their buyer's journey, so we're able to get in front of these companies with specific content tied to the intent data we see within the platform.
Our partnership with TrustRadius for Vendors is still relatively new, so outside of higher CTRs, it's too early to determine how this will ultimately impact the rest of our business objectives.
We're still gathering reviews, but in the ones that we have so far, we've been able to get good insights into how our customers are using our solution. Some of the feedback they've provided in their reviews has helped spur conversations within our product team for future features and upgrades.
We've had a long-standing partnership with G2, and while we've been happy with them, too, their audience is different than TrustRadius, so it benefits us to be prominent in both places. G2 we use more for our smaller target accounts, as the audience there tends to be more SMB and mid-market, whereas our larger enterprise target accounts are more often on TrustRadius.

When doing our research, we found that among review platforms, TrustRadius skewed better with more of our enterprise prospect accounts, whereas some of the other big names tended to be more SMB and mid-market focused. So I think for a marketer who is trying to get in front of those larger accounts, this might be the better option.
