It allows us to gain in-depth insights into the customer experience, as well as to highlight quotes that may resonate well with new prospects. It's long form, so we usually end up with 2-4 highly quotable insights.
TrustRadius has a robust presence as a peer review platform. It's a relevant site to be featured on as it's well-recognized among our customers. Their platform, admin panel, and customer support live up to the expectations. I especially love, love, love how they have various self-serve functionalities in the back-end so I don't need to wait for a rep to get back to me with information or an action.
