Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use TrustRadius to review and source first-hand customer reviews and ratings and basic integrations with our demand generation and social programs. We monitor clickthrough rates of TR content on our website and intent data through TR. The tools provide helpful insight, and we are happy to promote our performance in periodic "Best of" and "Most Loved" reports.
  • Competitive review performance tracking through reports
  • Availability of intent data and other user activity
  • First-hand information from our end users
  • It can be difficult to get a quick, simple answer on custom questions, etc.
  • Some improvement in conversion rates
  • CTA trend steadily improving means more traffic to our site
We use TrustRadius's intent data for digital advertising, though only for a few months now.
Calling out ROI is great; getting any anecdotal info on value, pricing, etc. is always a good thing. Also, prompting to call out cons is valuable. Feedback is a gift.
The account team is responsive and it's clear that our usage of and satisfaction with TR's tools and content is important to them. Sometimes it feels as though requested changes need to be chased down pretty hard within TR though.

Would you buy TrustRadius for Vendors again?

TR's audience seems to be the sort of folks we want to engage with; for us, that's marketers and mid to large enterprises. Our account team is responsive and looking to add value and utility. I like the shift to bi-annual award periods rather than seasonal/quarterly.
