Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
I needed a simple cohesive time sheet program that is easy to use and integrates with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online. I needed a system that allowed my staff to enter time by client, in real time.
- Accumulates time by staff member and by client
- Sync records with Quickbooks
- Easy to set up
- It would be nice if the program synced automatically
- The layout is good, but when entering time, for whatever reason, once I have allocated the time, I have to be carefull that the charge code and descriptions are being entered in the boxes correlating to the time entry
- I would prefer not to have to approve time
- The program is very reasonably priced compared to other programs in the marketplace.
Through the years I have used a number of timesheet programs including Fox pro, QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks. Most are priced per user, so if you want to track time by individual, it can get very pricy. Tsheets does as well, but the price per user is much more reasonable. It should be noted that many programs in this arena are time clock programs which were not useful to me.

when I started using the program, support spent a lot of time with me making sure i have the program working the way i wanted it to and LISTENING to my needs and helping me understand what or how i could get the program to do the things I wanted it to do and what I could expect.
