Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

UiPath is being expanded at my organization at a booming level. I and my team are trying to implement this solution to almost all the practices we have in our organization. UiPath has good scope in almost all domains. UiPath is helping our people to not only save effort but also save revenue in terms of a company.
  • RPA is an automation solution to your processes. It does very well in the domain where your work is too repetitive, time consuming, has mind numbing tasks, or tasks which are very well defined as a process.
  • UiPath does very well when it comes to relationships. It helps your developers, way to well to clears all the domain knowledge by various ways.
  • Designing in UiPath is good enough because of the great UX and interactive designing studio.
  • UiPath has various platforms to connect with people.
  • You may have difficulty when working with unstructured data in UiPath.
  • I had problems a few times when developing a solution in a web browser. You can't just rely on one browser, as there can be compatibility issues.
  • The revenue investment is very low as compared to other competitors in the market.
  • The product/ business output is very great if it is a perfect RPA case.
  • Development takes less time. We on an organization level have developed more than 20 use cases in a couple of months.
UiPath can be better than any RPA platforms out there because of following reasons:
  • UiPath provides free and quality training to increase your skills with this domain.
  • They provide a free trial version for 3 months or more (on request) which is adequate enough to check and develop a POC.
  • They have a good community out there to help in any questions or problem you have in terms of UiPath.
RPA is best suitable in the cases which are:
  • Highly-repetitive, highly manual, information intensive activity, copying, pasting and validating data between systems, portals, application, etc.
  • Involve rigorous keystrokes and mouse clicks, Hopping between applications.
  • Any mind-numbing office task that kills time and energy.

RPA should not be chosen as a solution in the cases like:
  • Robot effort and human effort are almost the same
  • The process is very dynamic (it changes frequently).
  • It is not suitable for unstructured data handling, stability of the system is low, etc.
