Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it for BI reporting, time management, and updating employee information.

Pros and Cons

BI reporting is very easy to use.
Easy to navigate

Sometimes updating an employee's supervisor can be complicated. It is hard to remember all the places that need updating (time management, job summary, etc)

Return on Investment

I've never used another system, so I have no comparison. However, I would say that UKG makes my life easy every day. Most things are very easy to find, and if I can't find it isn't because it is difficult to find, rather I do not have knowledge in that area. When that happens, the customer support team is very helpful and they are always able to get me on track.
I think we fail as a company when it comes to training our employees on how to make their lives easier by using it. We definitely need to do more training.
The mobile app has been a wonderful tool for those employees that do use UKG. The app has allowed employees to do things quickly rather than having HR have to help.

As an HR rep, I used UKG every day for different situations. Whether it is resetting a password, looking up employee info, or updating something in time management, it is easy to use.
