Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

I use it for BI reporting, time management, and updating employee information.

Pros

  • BI reporting is very easy to use.
  • Easy to navigate

Cons

  • Sometimes updating an employee's supervisor can be complicated. It is hard to remember all the places that need updating (time management, job summary, etc)
  • I've never used another system, so I have no comparison. However, I would say that UKG makes my life easy every day. Most things are very easy to find, and if I can't find it isn't because it is difficult to find, rather I do not have knowledge in that area. When that happens, the customer support team is very helpful and they are always able to get me on track.
  • I think we fail as a company when it comes to training our employees on how to make their lives easier by using it. We definitely need to do more training.
  • The mobile app has been a wonderful tool for those employees that do use UKG. The app has allowed employees to do things quickly rather than having HR have to help.

As an HR rep, I used UKG every day for different situations. Whether it is resetting a password, looking up employee info, or updating something in time management, it is easy to use.
