Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
This is our HR system of record. We also report out of it. We use it to track all of our benefits, as well as run our payroll through it. It helps us keep track of new hires and terminations that we have through the firm. It helps populate some of our other systems internally.

I think that the system is very user-friendly. I think it is intuitive. As someone who is both a user and a system administrator, I find the system easy to navigate, and it easily handles all the of the things that we would need it to as our Human Resources system of record.
The on-boarding process, open enrollment (for benefits along with life events), payroll processing, and reporting. This has helped by leveraging UKG Pro to put the work back onto the desk of the user where they can enroll in their benefits at home with their family or start and pause the process to do research if need be.
UKG Pro is well suited in environments that have multiple users of the system as administrators. Each role can take on different aspects of the system such as HR, Benefits, and Payroll, as well as having a technical person who can oversee the reporting and overall system management. It can become a bear of a project for a small group.
