Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)
It is being used by all employees. Employees use it for their timesheets and to request PTO. Managers use it to edit and approve timesheets, as well as approve/deny PTO requests. HR uses it to process payroll, post open positions using the recruitment module.
- Program looks and feels modern.
- Always making improvements/enhancements.
- Has rapid response number you can call.
- Assigns account manager to our account that we can go to if there are issues.
- More knowledgeable core specialists.
- Quicker turn around time on open cases, especially cases related to taxes.
- Rapid response specialists should know core and UTM.
- Don't do a major upgrade around year-end.
I have not evaluated any. Not sure what other systems were evaluated before they selected UKG.
When we got our account manager involved because we had been calculating GTL for our executives incorrectly the entire year. It was very frustrating and time-consuming until she got involved and was able to find us a knowledgeable rep that helped us fix the issue.
