Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We use UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) across the whole organization. It is our payroll processing software; our employees use it to make personal information changes and benefits elections, and we will be soon using it for our timekeeping and time-off tracking. We use it for digital documents, such as merit increases, garnishments, changes of status, etc. We encourage employees to access it for all their record needs from W-2s to pay stubs.

UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) is far superior to a previous software that I used several years ago, Sage Abra Suite. There is no comparison!
I have no issues with other software or systems integration. Pages load quickly and reports are very quick.
Almost everything I have utilized has been very user friendly and makes sense. I appreciate that UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) is continually looking for ways to improve and asks for user input and suggestions to consider.
I have had a tough garnishment situation that required the creation of an additional fee to populate every time the garnishment was deducted from an employee paycheck. The fee then is not officially a garnishment, rather a voluntary deduction, and I had a very good customer service interaction and followup to make sure that this was properly set up. They walked me through everything and I was very satisfied.
I have not seen any scenarios where UKG is less appropriate. It is well suited to multiple company organizations such as ours.
