Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

UKG Pro is our HRIS system for payroll, time and attendance, recruiting, onboarding, and compensation management.
  • Module features are competitive and updated to meet user needs.
  • Training offered to users and community groups are helpful.
  • I like the consultation services for custom reports.
  • New module implementation is not always clear—roadmap and steps for homework.
  • Modules tend to be updated and sunsetted frequently.
  • Consultation tends to be expensive.
  • Efficiencies with employee access to documents and sign off electronically.

Teps are very responsive and helpful.
I had a custom report scheduled to run over the weekend. I checked and saw there were errors and the report didn't load to the employee documents. I emailed my consultant and they fixed the problem and responded back in a few hours. Very glad and grateful they were able to fix it over the weekend.
UKG offers solutions that are best practices, so it encourages your company to look at your internal processes and update outdated/manual processes.
