Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We use UKG [Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)] throughout our whole organization for payroll, benefits, learning, recruiting, onboarding, etc. The one stop shop for all things employee related is great for our team and our employees.
  • Benefits - It tracks arrears, something that a lot of software does not do well.
  • Recruiting - Very robust platform that links with popular recruiting websites easily.
  • Vendor interfaces - We have files that run automatically to keep participant data updated in regard to benefits and 401k.
  • Implementation - It's not a bad thing, just be prepared for a grueling process.
  • Increased employee engagement

UKG [Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)] was the best solution for our business and the most economical.
UKG [Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)] performance is very strong. Rarely there are issues, but the team works with lightning speed to get the issues resolved. Pages load quickly and reports generate quickly. The interfaces with other vendors is getting easier to navigate and set up.
I work in benefits and my service request and tickets are worked very quickly. There are a lot of resources in the Community and people to contact with questions. Nothing goes unresolved.
Our account manager, Baley Schott, is a rock star. She watches for cases to be opened, keeps us up to date on any changes and is just a bright shining star in the organization. I know she has many clients, but she makes us feel like the only ones!
We evaluated several options before choosing UKG [Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)]. UKG brought us the best option at the best price. We were using a very outdated software previously and were out of touch with employees. This software has helped us build communication all the way down to our frontline employees.
