Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We use UKG Ready along with UKG PRO. Our employees utilize the web mobile punch as well as the desktop. The current problem we are facing with UKG Ready is: 1. Accruals- updates when staff changes accrual policies, rehires, terms holiday not being removed for future dates that were pre populated. 2. Reporting -on 2nd jobs, auto reports 3.Payroll Export- Accrual update procedures 4. Time-sheet changes- updating a closed time sheet, and the ability to add in an adjusted time sheet for a closed period 5. Time off requests and changes- hard to find where they went once submitted 6. Export- doesn't notify you of hours not exporting , resulting in staff not being paid.
  • widgets
  • platform
  • Payroll Export- more compliance in data export validity on missing exported hours
  • 2nd Jobs reporting and allocation
  • Adjusted timesheet ability for closed pay periods is a must for future time period
  • punch requests, the ability to find where these punches are
  • Terms: a definite need to remove populated holiday and vacation hours, without rehiring the employee, find the entry, than term the employee again.
UKG abilities fall short in data management, but has the potential, if the configuration is better suited to the employers needs.
UKG has many unnecessary steps
UKG Ready manger and employee access management configuration is cumbersome.
Accrual and terms need a lot of work.

there was a lot of work that the administrators had to do once the configuration was completed.

Do you think UKG Ready delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with UKG Ready's feature set?

No

Did UKG Ready live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of UKG Ready go as expected?

No

Would you buy UKG Ready again?

No

The UKG Ready platform configured lay out and widgets are easy and fun. The ability to see your 'to do' and staff are great. However, the ability for administrators to manipulate the widgets and platform for personal preference is cumbersome
Adding a manager and grouping is way to complicated and cumbersome., also removing someone from the group is not easy understood

we have vested so much time into implementation and staff training, that it isn't feasible to make a change to a new vendor.
