Use Cases and Deployment Scope

UKG is used by a couple select departments to exclusively track time. We are considered part of state government and are not allowed to use all the features.

Pros and Cons

Control of where employees can clock in.
Quick response to issues.

The reports aren't always that easy to create.
There seem to be constant changes that are hard to keep up with given my workload.

Return on Investment

Helps track time more accurately, leading to more accurate payment.

I wish we could use more of its functionality, but rules prohibit that.
