Overall Satisfaction

Across the whole organization. Better payroll.
  • When you open a case they are very quick to get back to you
  • They are quick to correct errors
  • They make frequent enhancements
  • I don't like the voting method for enhancements. Some things should be very simple fixes but don't get many votes. I flatly don't have time to spend on there voting.
  • The case management session is not always timely
  • I like that you listen to us when we have had problems
  • Our payroll is not right
  • The time management entry is more streamlined
  • We have one point of reporting that we control
I was not part of the selection team. I had not yet started with the company.
There have been a few areas that it didn't meet our needs, didn't operate as expected or isn't what we were told. You cannot take in external feeds for our 401k vendor. This is disappointing and has caused a lot of problems with our benefits department.
We had all kinds of problems with the training modules and our internal system. We don't have a standard IT department and I spent three months working through problems with Trusted Sites.
