Overall Satisfaction
Our entire company uses UltiPro. We use Recruitment, Onboarding, ESS/MSS, BI. This system streamlined our processes and allowed us to go paperless.
Pros

Cons
- SMC, Recruitment and Onboarding do not connect. If a manager changes locations, we have to update their information in multiple spots so that they can manage employees, recruit and hire for their new store.
- An employee's "file" is not stored in one location. Their application is in Recruitment Gateway; new hire docs are in onboarding; and their employment data is in the core. We should not have to search in multiple areas to get an employee's full file.
