Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our entire company uses UltiPro. We use Recruitment, Onboarding, ESS/MSS, BI. This system streamlined our processes and allowed us to go paperless.

Cons

SMC, Recruitment and Onboarding do not connect. If a manager changes locations, we have to update their information in multiple spots so that they can manage employees, recruit and hire for their new store.
An employee's "file" is not stored in one location. Their application is in Recruitment Gateway; new hire docs are in onboarding; and their employment data is in the core. We should not have to search in multiple areas to get an employee's full file.

We have trained our employees on the system. In addition we have invested substantial time and money to customize it to our business needs.

Likelihood to Recommend

Companies need to really investigate what comes stock with the program and what customs they would need to make it work for their organization so they can make an educated financial decision.
