Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
Bethesda has implemented multiple functionalities of Ultimate Software since September 14, 2014. We began the implementation in February 2014 and have just finished with the last module for Performance Management and concurrently Benefit Open Enrollment. We also use Recruitment, Onboarding, HR/Payroll, UTA, and Compensation Management. It is used across the entire organization. We did not have a complete suite of modules to support all aspects of HR until this implementation. Much of our work was done manually on paper or at best on spreadsheets. It has empowered users to take care of their own changes and business situations related to HR.
- This is a very user friendly software, with many people figuring out how to perform actions with little or no instruction.
- It is very logical in sequence of events and leads the user through the process they are attempting to accomplish
- It allows many actions which were previously manual to now be automated, eg. benefit enrollment, address changes, tax changes, etc.
- We sometimes have to pay an employee retroactively and the software does not allow for that to be completely automated. We have created a workaround to give the retroactive pay but it needs to be automated within UltiPro.
- Customer service is good but always a work in progress to ensure that it continues to be good. This company is growing so rapidly that it will continue to be a challenge to ensure issues are resolved as quickly as possible. Their service model will need to be continuously modified. Human interaction is critical to ensure cases are not prematurely closed or misguided.
- Garnishments are priority based not date based which can be problematic. The choice for either way should be an option.
- Recruitment and onboarding need to be completely integrated to reduce any redundancy.
