Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We utilize Ultipro for recruitment, onboarding and HR/Payroll. As well, we utilize it for manager and employee self service. This helps to keep our team members in touch with their personal information, and manage processing of changes in a timely way. As well, utilizing more than one module helps with the work flow of information in different aspects of our business.
  • Customer Service-Very timely and responsive.
  • User Friendly-very intuitive
  • Custom and in-house capabilities, even when hosted.
  • Functionality, for the cost could be a little more functional without customization.
Ultipro offers a new hire to retire product with different modules that can accommodate most business needs.
