Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is used by our entire organization to provide access to payroll information (current and historical pay statements), enable direct deposit and/or allocation of those deposits across numerous financial institutions, and various benefits provided by the company including enrollment, life events and documentation required for any aspect of the benefit plan.
- UltiPro enables a one-stop-shop for employees to gain payroll and benefit information.
- Interface is user friendly and doesn't require a great deal of suppor in order to find the information you need.
- Quick and easy organizational search for employee contact information.
- I can honestly say that I have not uncovered any inefficiencies that should be improved.
- Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
It would appear the company has achieved its objective of consolidating HR administration functions in the UltiPro solution. It is being used by the organization for just that purpose, and seems to meet every need within the HR department and the end-user organization.
